March, 2008 Insignificant Cancer #1 Who needs treatment Let me first say at one place in the Podcast I talk about size of cancer when I really meant size of gland - keep this in mind.  Is there ever a time when one is diagnosed with prostate cancer that he should not be treated at the time of diagnosis?  The answer to that is yes with a very big IF.  In addition to what I am going to say in this and the following Podcasts on this subject you should go to "Insignificant cancer" on the web site.  It is at http://prostate-help.org/insignificant.html.
