To get started on Registration click "here" .  Once the Registrations is compete and accepted you will receive an email giving you help in using the Forum.

Go to the Forum to Register (clickable URL above in blue).  Once there click on Register at the top right of the page, next read and agree to the legal stuff page, then on the final page just fill in the blanks.  There is also a Questions? box if you need to ask something.

At the bottom of the page is a security "Confirmation Code" that you must type into the box below the code.  Upper or lower case can be used and there is no zero.  This keeps out SPAM, BOTS, etc.   Now click on "Submit" and your application will be sent to the Administration.  Upon receiving the email the administration will check your profile and approve you for membership if applicable.

You then will receive an email that you have been accepted and at this point you can start posting or reading and/or answering the posts of others.

Give it a try - you might like it and learn!  There is even an "Off Topic (way off)" Forum for fun!!!!

REMEMBER: The "Exclusively Men" Forum means what it says! It is for men only who have or have loved ones with prostate cancer - no women are allowed. If you are a women and make application you will not be allowed to join.
